I’m being dogged
by a dog star – Sirius.
Hot sticky heat
and so dog gone humid
you can dog paddle
down the sidewalk.
But this dog is gonna
have her day!

let sleeping dogs lie.

Then it’s time
to put on the dog!

cuz we’re going to the dogs tonight.

We’re gonna howl
at that dog gone star.
